Position Title: Catering Sales Manager - Houston Only
Description: The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for finding new clients to hold catered events.
The job will involve attending industry and networking events, maintain relationships with past clients for future business, manage a database to keep in touch with past clients through phone calls, emails, letters and personal messages.
The Catering Sales Manager also assumes the responsibilities for set-up and execution of events. Proper communication with the client as well as the catering team is imperative to making the events a success.
Position Title: Sales Coordinator - Houston Only
Description: Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team by creating banquet event orders and group contracts, handle general email and customer phone calls, follow up with clients regarding final guarantees, assist with room setup and other catering details. This position will also consist of HR duties including hiring, scheduling and training employees.
Position Title: Steward / Maintenance – San Antonio and Houston
Description: Assist with the set-up and break down of tables and chairs for events as well as focusing on the maintenance of the facility and surrounding grounds. Insures kitchens, workrooms and equipment are clean and in order at all times.
