Rosemary’s Catering – San Antonio – Pastry Chef

We are looking for a creative and motivated Pastry Chef with 5+ years of professional pastry experience in high volume catering firm or hotel. Job requires long hours on your feet with some heavy lifting and you will be working off premise. The pay is TBD based on experience.

Banquet Servers – San Antonio – Part Time

Description: Banquet servers are responsible for working a variety of different events daily. They must have a good attitude and friendly demeanor to be successful. The banquet server’s job begins hours before the guests arrive. They are responsible for pre-meal duties which can include laying table linen, setting china and silverware, filling water pitchers and more. During the meal the banquet server is responsible for serving the meal, refilling glasses, tending to any needs of the guests and providing information about the meal they are serving. After the meal, they are responsible for clearing dishes and preparing them for the dishwashers as well as clearing the table of any remaining items. A successful server will be attentive to guests without being intrusive, be knowledgeable about the food they are serving and be able to serve a multi-course meal efficiently and fluidly. They must be a team player and willing to assist with any needs that may arise.
Preferred education: High School diploma or GED
Desired Experience: 6 months to a year experience


Bartenders – San Antonio or Houston

Description: Mix & Serve alcoholic beverages at functions
Preferred education: High School diploma or GED
Certification & Licensing: TABC
Desired Experience: 6 months to a year experience

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Remaining even-tempered and working well with all types of people

Description: Ringing up purchases, receiving payment for guest

Description:

Description: Drive different types of large trucks to include passenger vans and high cube trucks to functions.
